Elvis is a registered nurse, public health professional, and entrepreneur focused on healthcare access and digital health. He began his career on the front lines of community health in Cameroon and has spent more than a decade building care and technology for underserved communities.

He is the founder and president of the Unite for Health Foundation, a New York-based 501(c)(3) working on maternal and child health in rural Cameroon, and Chief of Global Population Health at Carna Health, an AI-enabled chronic kidney disease screening platform. He founded Reymans Technologies to bring the same access-first, evidence-first discipline to consumer health software.
